Hey All!

I am a 36 year old full time writer based in Manchester UK who also lives in Goa, India and wherever the wind takes me. I have a 'day job' too and run Healing and Psychotherapy clinics in the UK and India. I am also an artist and amateur photographer.

I have had many poems published previously and a chapter in a therapy book. I worked for a short time for the now de-funked National Dating Magazine in Leeds as staff writer and also founded a national healing magazine with a colleague some years ago. It was great fun and we made many mistakes! The experience really helped me to learn about the publishing process and what not to do!

Currently I am working on my autobiography which is a colourful tale of Childhood Trauma, Domestic Violence, Alcohol Abuse, Club Culture, Prostitution, Drug Culture and something that has played a major part in my life - Spiritual Development and Magical Synchronicity. The story carries with it many twists and turns through the mystical and exciting road that has been my life so far. Yeah sure there are harrowing and painful moments but this 'misery memoir' is so different from the mainstream 'woe is me' that most publishers love to make money from; because you never quite know where the next page will lead you. I write (and live) with courage and transparency and thus this book brings forward the apparent contradictions that have been with me for so long; Healer, Therapist, Club Bunny, Prostitute - and quite frankly, I am/was very good at each and every one! Few authors dare to be real in their work; preferring to tell readers what they think they want to hear - This book tells you, quite simply; what is.

I am also almost finished onThe Little Gem of Emotions paperback, which is an extended version of the published e-book concentrating on transforming negative emotions using Taoist practices. The book draws on my own experience working with patients in a                         psycho-therapeutic setting along with personal reflections in a rather unorthodox way to grab reader's attention and teach by empathic connection.
